I absolutely love this Ghee. The quality is amazing and the taste is divine. I use it to cook with mostly, but many times I use it as a substitute for butter in my coffee. Something I picked up years ago good for brain health is a pat of butter in my morning coffee. The taste is wonderful. Also one of my favorite cooking techniques I use it for is when I make salmon. I spread a little on top prior to seasonings, divine!!!

The flavor was very good, nutty and buttery! Something that called my attention is that it was not creamy, it looked like small pieces of curd, is that normal?
The other flavors I got were also very good!

I'm a restaurant manager and this has been a consistently great product. Ordering and shipping are fast and convenient. Personally, I have some, and really enjoy, the flavored ghee's at home.
