Double yum

I've purchased this before but it worth buying again and again. We use this from everything from eggs to searing steaks. Love using this for sous vide steak and chicken. Not too heavy on the rosemary, just right!

High quality ghee with a subtle yet powerful flavor

All of Sun Ghee's base ghee is fantastic! It has a clean taste and mouth feel and is a wonderful cooking fat that can handle some heat without burning. This particular flavor has a subtle yet powerfully earthy flavor that adds a depth to any dish. We use ghee as a fat anywhere we would use butter or oil. We even used some of the plain in our chocolate cookies and it was delicious!
